Teenage (or old enough he was in charge of his own food but pre-road trip) Ignis suffered orthorexia/disordered eating because he had to have the 'perfect' diet.
Obsessive calorie counting, calculating exact amounts of protein, carbs, fats, etc. for his exercise levels and body type, getting hugely stressed when he goes out to eat with Noct/Gladio and is obliged to eat 'bad' food. Working out exactly what was in that food and taking it out of his meals the following days, feeling guilty and punishing himself with food he hates but 'is good for him'.
Doesn't have to be those things specifically, I just want anything with him having very disordered eating that still looks good on paper. Whether it gets out of control and he does makes himself sick with it, or despite the stress he stays 100% physically healthy, I don't mind.
